Light Out of Darkness

It starts from within,

Could be distant or up close,

One thing for sure,

You can see it if it shine,

Surrounded by the negative nay sayers trying

to put it out lost,

It's like they choose to remain blind,

There has to be a on switch somewhere in

the room for one to see,

Like the rear and headlights of a car coming or going full speed,

Because without the specs in the night,

You can't see where you're headed,

Mistakes we make in life are pivotal

and meant to be corrected,

If the mind is renewed our path is redirected,

The soul will be filled with joy and others won't

feel neglected,

When the Light of the World arrived,

He was rejected and despised,

By the Pharisees, "the wise,,

The Truth was right before their eyes,

I once was stuck in my ways,

Confused and hard hearted,

Until the Lord called me,

To be a light out of darkness...
