Contentment

My eyes are open to the truth,

I'm no longer deceived,

Now the fortune and the fame,

Don't mean nothing to me,

What good is it to gain the world,

But, lose your soul?

I'm letting Jesus take the wheel,

So that I don't lose control,

Can't let the devil get to me,

Walking in defeat,

I walk in victory,

Up my head I will keep,

Because if I'm looking down,

I can't see where I'm going

Weeping may endure for a night,

But joy comes in the morning...
